Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

  • Bookings for journeys, workshops, and retreats are made directly via email or personal contact with Anima Natura.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after a written acknowledgment from Anima Natura and and participants have completed their payment.

  • Participants must provide accurate information regarding health, allergies, or other conditions relevant to their participation.

 

Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 60 days before the start date: full refund minus any non-refundable fees

  • 60 - 30 days before the start date: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days before the start date: no refund

  • No-shows or early departure: no refund

Participants may transfer their booking to another person with prior approval.
 

Cancellation by Anima Natura

  • Anima Natura may cancel or reschedule an activity due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, safety, illness, insufficient participants).

  • In such cases, participants are entitled to a full refund or may transfer their booking to a future date.

  • Anima Natura is not responsible for additional travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellations.
     

Health & Participation

  • Activities take place in natural environments and involve outdoor and physical engagement.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Participants are responsible for their own health, well-being, and safety, and must disclose relevant medical conditions.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and health insurance to cover any risks or emergencies during their participation.

  • Information shared is educational not a substitute for professional medical advice.
     

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anima Natura is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities, except where required by law.
